Good to know

Questions, answered

Do I need an appointment?

Yes — Somnium is by appointment so we can hold your time and the right therapist for you. You can book in seconds through the chat in the corner, the form above, or by calling (720) 296-0775.

What should I expect on my first visit?

We'll start with a short conversation about your goals, any problem areas, and the pressure you prefer. From there we tailor the whole session to you. Arrive a few minutes early to settle in.

What do I wear during the session?

Undress to your comfort level. You're always professionally draped throughout, and only the area being worked on is uncovered at any time.

How do I choose between Swedish and deep tissue?

Swedish is lighter and relaxation-focused; deep tissue uses firmer, slower pressure for chronic tension. If you're unsure, pick “help me choose” on the form and we'll guide you — or your therapist can adjust in the room.

What's your cancellation policy?

Life happens. Just give us at least 24 hours' notice and we'll gladly reschedule with no fuss.
