Good to Know

Questions, answered

Do I need an appointment?
Booking ahead is best so we can hold your time and therapist. You can request a time on this page or call us — same-day appointments are often available.
What is tui na, and how is it different?
Tui na is a traditional form of Chinese bodywork that uses pressing, kneading and meridian techniques to release tension and improve circulation. It tends to be firmer and more targeted than a relaxation massage.
What should I expect on my first visit?
We'll talk through your goals and any problem areas first, then tailor the pressure and focus to you. You're always professionally draped, and you can undress to your comfort level.
What's your cancellation policy?
Life happens. Just give us a heads up 24 hours ahead and we'll happily reschedule your session.
